Yoga provides multiple benefits, improving strength and mobility and creating steadiness of mind and emotions.

We offer a range of classes to meet different needs.
Private classes and Yoga Therapy treatments are available by appointment. Corporate Yoga and Mindfulness sessions are also available.

Beginners Yoga – 5wk course

A slower paced class with a focus on establishing the correct alignments and working with the breath to open your body and relieve tension.  Increase your knowledge of the poses and their effects – improve flexibility, build strength, settle your nervous system and calm your mind.

Body Mind & Breath

A traditional style class where the physical practices – the postures and pranayama (breathing practices) – lead us into mindful awareness.  Each class is designed to release tensions, build strength and balance and open your body to energy flow, cultivating steadiness of mind in the process.

This is an intermediate level class; some experience is recommended.

Svaroopa® Yoga

Svaroopa® Yoga teaches different ways of doing familiar poses: using precise alignments, strategic placement of props and gentle adjustments to open up the deepest tensions of your body. With this deep release comes a wide variety of physical benefits including relief from chronic or acute pain, stress reduction and management, increased flexibility and freedom of movement.

Suitable for those with no previous yoga experience but also offering a fresh approach to practice for experienced yogis.

Yoga 4 Tradies

This 1.5hr class is specifically designed to release the deep tensions that create restriction and pain in your body.

It’s a slow style of Yoga, where the poses are held for a longer time to allow for the deep release. This is ideal for people who work physically as it is low impact, easy on your joints and also great for stress relief. No experience is required.

Relieve your niggling aches and pains, improve your flexibility and ease of movement, sleep better and FEEL better!
