Class Passes Terms & Conditions

  1. A Series Pass is valid for the duration of that series and cannot be extended into a subsequent Series.
  2. A 5-Class Pass is valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase. You must nominate your preferred dates to attend when you purchase your Pass.
  3. A Single Class Pass is valid for 4 weeks from the purchase date.
  4. If you are unable to attend due to serious accident or injury, any classes remaining on your Pass will be held in credit for up to 6 months.
  5. Your Pass is non-refundable, but fully transferable. In other words: if you can’t utilise the Pass, you can send a friend for the dates that you are booked. Your Pass is not transferable to any other event, training or class series offered by Blue Water Yoga. All requests for transfers must be received in writing to kerryn@bluewateryoga.com.au.

Body, Mind & Breath

A traditional style class where the physical practices – the postures and pranayama (breathing practices) – lead us into mindful awareness.  Each class is designed to release tensions, build strength and balance and open your body to energy flow, cultivating steadiness of mind in the process.

Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.

Svaroopa® Yoga

Svaroopa® Yoga teaches different ways of doing familiar poses; using precise alignments, strategic placement of props and gentle adjustments to open up the deepest tensions of your body. With this deep release comes a wide variety of physical benefits including relief from chronic or acute pain, stress reduction and management, increased flexibility and freedom of movement. This inner opening promotes healing and transformation.

Suitable for those with no previous yoga experience but also offering a fresh approach to practice for experienced yogis

Breathwork & Meditation

Learn how to clear and calm your nervous system and your mind using Yogic breathwork techniques and guided meditation. Other benefits include increased vitality, improved sleep and a greater sense of wellbeing and purpose.

This 4 week course is suitable for everyone: you don’t have to be able to sit on the floor OR quiet your mind!
