Your Yoga, Your Way is a personal practice tailored to meet your individual requirements.

Whether you’re new to Yoga or you have some previous experience, this program is for you if:

  • you’re interested in establishing a Yoga practice at home but feel unsure where to start
  • you love how you feel after a Yoga class and you want to have that vibe every day
  • you’ve done some online Yoga but you want to find a practice that suits your body and helps you to meet your goals for health and wellbeing.
  • you’re longing for your own personal practice that addresses your needs in a way that makes you feel supported and nourished.
Together we will create a program designed to your individual requirements.
You probably already know that Yoga is great for:
  • reducing anxiety
  • improving your digestion
  • creating a steady emotional state
  • increasing your strength & flexibility
  • helping you to manage structural/postural issues
  • improving your mental clarity and focus
But it can be difficult to choose which techniques will meet your needs and how to sequence them. That’s why Your Yoga, Your Way could be the perfect gift to yourself!

‘Your Yoga, Your Way’ includes:

  • a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express what you need and get my support to help make it happen
  • an initial consultation call where we discuss what you want from your personal practice so I can design a program to meet your goals
  • then we’ll get together and you’ll learn your perfect practice – the poses and other techniques. This 90 min 1:1 session can be online or in-person
  • after our time together, I’ll send you your very own video to guide you in your practice at home
  • you’ll also get a pdf of  your program so you can dip in and out of your practice: focus on a particular pose or technique / take your Yoga outside
  • a BONUS 30 min follow-up session to finesse the techniques and answer any of your questions

Nothing was a barrier – a program I could manage with my tightness, inexperience and injuries that fits into my lifestyle was designed just for me!

I love it!  I make time for it most days and I’m calmer, more grounded and getting flexible and breathing deeper. I’m also less grumpy about the injury and have such gratitude for what I can do.

‘Your Yoga, Your Way’ Terms & Conditions

  1. I want you to be happy with this Your Yoga Your Way  Package. If you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason whatsoever, you still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Package, and no refund will be provided.
  2. You have 6 weeks to use your Package, including the 30-minute follow-up session. If the Package is not completed during this time, it will be forfeited.
  3. If you need to cancel or reschedule a Session for any reason, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your booked Session, via email. Otherwise, you will forfeit that Session and will not be able to reschedule it, unless a last-minute emergency arises and you contact me by e-mail at to let me know of the nature of the emergency. If I specifically offer you the opportunity to reschedule the Session, the rescheduled Session must be made up within two weeks of the original booked-in date or it is forfeited.
  4. Your registration is non-refundable, but fully transferable. In other words: if you can’t utilise the Package, you can send a friend. This Package is not transferrable to any other event, training or class series offered by Blue Water Yoga. All requests for transfers must be received in writing to
