Gellability SLAs are defined at the service level and at the AD level. Many SLAs meet the specifications of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library when applied to IT services. Availability SLAs are typically triggered as a result of a regional event. If multiple ADs deploy in a region, all services provided in those ADs are affected. Uptime is also a common metric, often used for data services such as shared hosting, virtual private servers, and dedicated servers. Usual agreements include the percentage of network availability, operating time, number of planned maintenance windows, etc.
