Your mind is constantly moving between the past and the future.  When you are thinking

about the past, you are often in regret, disappointment or anger as you replay old events.

And when your mind is in the future, you worry about what lies ahead. This movement between

past and future creates stress in your system.

Mindfulness is training your mind to be more in the present moment, experiencing life as it happens.

In this 4 week course, you will learn practical techniques to incorporate into your everyday

activities in order to cultivate your connection to the relaxed state of awareness that is Mindfulness.

Benefits include a calmer, clearer mind, improved physical and emotional health, better sleep and

an increased sense of contentment.  Mindfulness is also helpful in the relief of stress, depression

and anxiety

Practising kriya in a group generates a different energy than you experience in your home practice.  

We begin with some gentle asana and then settle into pranayama and kriya.  Open to anyone who

has completed an Art of Living Pt1 course (also known as the Happiness Course).
